   Thought this could be the official thread to report NullPointerExceptions? This has to be the most common error in Java, so I guess there will be some to come.

   at edu.washington.cs.oneswarm.watchdir.MagicDirectoryManager.create_swarm_synchronously(MagicDirectoryManager.java:638)
   at edu.washington.cs.oneswarm.watchdir.MagicDirectoryManager.process_additions(MagicDirectoryManager.java:530)
   at edu.washington.cs.oneswarm.watchdir.MagicDirectoryManager.run(MagicDirectoryManager.java:329)

   Edit: I got it just from opening http://127.0.0.1:29615/ in FireFox.
