Speed limits being ignored

    It would seem that the upload/download speed limits are not being observed for 'protocol' traffic, which amounts for most of the traffic. Please fix this!

    I have a 100/100Mbit line with 30GB/day or 100 GB/week traffic limit. If I keep the client on 24/7 without limits I will hit the traffic limit before I know it.
