It's works for me also and soone it will start a new community. It's an old trackers who will start up again with oneswarm.

well ... both mozilla and IE stops me from entering the site. It warns me about certificates.

The URL is meant to be entered into OneSwarm. We don't require users to obtain signed certificates from certificate authorities (which costs money). Instead, the hash at the end of the URL validates the certificate, but only OneSwarm knows how to do this.
