    Hi,
good luck for this project. I tried to test Oneswarm and found several problems. One thing is, i can't get it to run on Debian (Lenny), but i'll write this in another message. I've now setup some test nodes with one Windows 2000 (yes Oneswarm seems to work on w2k) and two XP-Boxes. I can create swarms, add friends and search/browse files, but whenever i click Download the Download-Window appears for some milliseconds, then disappears again and downloads don't start. Is this a known problem?

    Hi Soma,

That sounds like firefox caching javascript from a previous OneSwarm version. Try to force a cache refresh of that page by holding 'shift' and pressing 'f5'.

Let me know if it helped.

I'll see if I can reproduce the bug over here.

    Hi Soma,

I think this is a known issue that will be fixed a new version to be released later today. Watch for the update 8).

    Hi,

hitting F5 didn't help. It also happens on other, newly installed machines and other Browsers (Opera, Ephipany). I'll stay tuned for the next version.

    Thank you,
that fixed it, downloads are now running fine (well, it could always be faster, i get about 1MB/s for F2F-connection). Even downloads from friends of friends of friends and multisource downloads are working :-)
