I can use/see the Web UI, but the classic UI no longer appears when I select “show Classic UI” from the toolbar icon.
I believe the problem was started when I enabled the “Start Minimized” option from in the classic preferences. Now, there is no way to disable that option, because I cannot get the preferences panel to show.
I looked at the config files, but they are in a scary non-text format.

I found http://forum.oneswarm.org/topic/221, removed the entire azureus.config file, and the UI opened when I launched. Too bad these forums are so hard to search...A real bugzilla would be nice for OneSwarm.

just happened to me
deleting the whole entry of "Show Minimized attributes" fix it, instead of setting it to 0

When you say config files are you talking about the ones in App Data\user\One Swarm?
If so, it made absolutely no difference to whether I moved/renamed them, deleted them or edited them.
I still don't have the classic UI working.
Any other sugestions before I get rid of oneswarm. I absolutely loath web interfaces.
Interestingly, the web picture collection/interface(?) only started working after the classic UI failed to show.

Fixed it(for now?). Uninstalled oneswarm, deleted config files and backup and then restsrted and reinstalled
