    Hello people,

I installed OneSwarm a couple of weeks ago, but I am still unable to make it works.
Everything looks fine: the program starts, friend list filled, NAT test is OK, files search function seems to work properly.
But downloads don't start at all, both on OneSwarm and plain torrent network. One more thing, it establishes connections with some friends of the list, but it doesn't share much traffic with them. That's strange!

It must be a setting problem, 'cause OneSwarm works great on my father's pc (on my same Internet connection).

Do you guys have any suggestion?

    Thanks in advance!

    Edit:
    My browser: Firefox
    OS: Ubuntu 9.10
    Java version: 6
    OneSwarm: v. 0.9.6

    Interesting problem..

But you should still try to download the exact same file from both computers. Because we still have the problem with people moving files in their share... and I am not sure that all have upgraded to a version that do not give a search hit on "moved files".

Also check that the file you want is not part of another huge torrent with hundreds of files. I myself have never been able to download anything that is inside a torrent bigger than 20gigabyte...

But most importantly: How about your Oneswarm access to the hard drive? Can access your own files from the OneSwarm web interface? Does it create previews of jpg-files? and so on... unix filerights are a bit like windows 7 never do anything through a third party :)
