What should I use? Have noticed that my 1S doesn’t share everything in the directive.

May I add to this that when I select "Everything" is made a swarm for every file in the folder, isn't it possible to create 1 big swarm and add files to that swarm when I add files to the folder?

no, you can't easily add files to swarms once created since they are named using a SHA1 hash of contents, and SHA1 cannot be incrementally updated.
